Memorial Eye Center – Sienna

We were traveling to Texas and we had eye emergency. They were fully booked for the day and yet they got us an appointment in next 30 minutes. Staff were very nice and friendly. They also helped us directed through the location. We got checked up and also got follow up appointment even though they were booked that day too. We had best experience with Dr. Shah and team. Highly recommended!

Dr. Valeria Solis was amazing! I went to a different doctor, and they couldn't determine what was wrong with me. However, when I visited her, she successfully treated my eye, and I am no longer blind. Everyone at the clinic was very kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I had such a nice experience today! Dr. Lorenzana was great for my exam but the standout was Brittnae who helped me choose my frames! I was going to leave with nothing until she spent the time & patience to help me try on tons of glasses and give helpful feedback. All staff is super friendly and professional.

It is always a pleasure going to my eye doctor every year. Dr. Shah is always personable and takes time with her patients unlike most doctors in different fields! Her staff is just as great... they also take time with us and takes care of our needs.

All went well. Everyone in this office were very friendly and helpful with this visit. Receptionists and consultants were very helpful with information about vision adjustments and possibilities of anything that could possibly happen in the far future with my vision. Dr. Melanie Lorenzana O.D. took the time to answer all my questions and concerns about my vision. Dr. Lorenzana made all adjustments to figure out how my vision has progressed from my last eye exams. I will return to check out and purchase frames and lenses later this year. Thankyou for your patience with me and all my concerns about my vision. See you again.

Absolutely love this place Brittany was so helpful and so kind she helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses that fit my face and took the time to help me find what I wanted !!! 100% recommend ask for Brittany!!!

Hadn’t been to the optometrist in awhile, so this was long overdue! Wasn’t sure where to go but heard several great things about this location. Dr. Rita Shah and her team were nothing short of excellent throughout the entire exam and in explaining everything! I’ve found my new Vision home!!
