Doctor is friendly, informative and courteous. Staff worked at keeping my out of pocket to a minimum without affecting the quality of my glasses. Definitely a returning customer and n out setting up appt for husband.

Dr. Shah and her team are friendly, professional, patient and the atmosphere is very inviting to customers. They made sure that my teenage daughter, who is wearing glasses for the first time in her life, felt at ease. I highly recommend this Memorial Eye Center location!

We were traveling to Texas and we had eye emergency. They were fully booked for the day and yet they got us an appointment in next 30 minutes. Staff were very nice and friendly. They also helped us directed through the location. We got checked up and also got follow up appointment even though they were booked that day too. We had best experience with Dr. Shah and team. Dr. Valeria Solis was amazing! I went to a different doctor, and they couldn't determine what was wrong with me. However, when I visited her, she successfully treated my eye, and I am no longer blind. Everyone at the clinic was very kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I had such a nice experience today! Dr. Lorenzana was great for my exam but the standout was Brittnae who helped me choose my frames! I was going to leave with nothing until she spent the time & patience to help me try on tons of glasses and give helpful feedback. All staff is super friendly and professional.
